Insurance Claims

We all know that anything can happen when you out in your SxS and you want to have someone you can trust and rely on to handle repairs and make it a smooth process. At Ruthless Powersports we stand by our commitment to our customers to deliver quality, honesty and integrity. Every time! 

We will work hand in hand with your insurance company through the whole process and provide you with weekly updates so you know what is going on through out the repairs. Our goal is to get your ride back in good as new (better) condition, while taking the stress off of you, in a timely manner. 

 

Here's how it works! 

• Let's get your vehicle into the shop. 
• Next, we will contact the insurance company and  perform a thorough inspection to create an estimate, including photos to send to the insurance company. 
• Once we send in the estimate we will give you a call to let you know they have it. If we don't hear back within 24-48 hours, we will be following up with them. 
• Once they review the repairs, parts, and labor needed, they will either approve or deny some or all of the estimate. 
• If the insurance company approves the repairs, they will then issue a check for the amount needed. ( less the deductible, if there is one) 
• At this time Ruthless Powersports will order all needed parts and complete the needed repairs. 
• You will have weekly updates and will be notified immediately upon completion.
